Cancellation Policies 

ALL CLASSES

Late Cancel/No Show For In-Person -Loss Of Class Credit

AND

A Late Cancel $10 Admin Fee or No Show $20 Admin Fee Will Be Assessed Per Occurrence

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

  • All Regularly Scheduled Classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel your class via the Fitdegree scheduling system 24 hours prior to the start of your class. A phone call, voicemail or text does NOT constitute notice or cancellation. Failure to cancel via Fitdegree within the 12 hour time period will result in a late cancel/no show.

  • In-studio late cancels will result in a loss of the class payment/class credit AND a $10 admin fee. NO REFUNDS will be given.

  • In-studio no shows will result in a loss of the class payment/class credit AND a $20 admin fee. NO REFUNDS will be given.

  • All Private/Semi-Private Lessons have a 48 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel your lesson via the Fitdegree scheduling system 48 hours prior to your scheduled private/semi-private lesson AND contact your private instructor or studio directly.  Failure to cancel within the 48 hour time period will result in a late cancel or no show. Late cancels or no shows will result in a loss of private lesson credit/payment.  NO REFUNDS/CREDITS will be given. No exceptions. 

  • All Uplift Instructor Workshops have a 72 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel your workshop via the Fitdegree scheduling system 72 hours prior to the workshop. A phone call, voicemail or text does NOT constitute notice or cancellation. Failure to cancel within the 72 hour time period will result in a late cancel.  Late cancels or no shows will result in the loss of your full workshop payment. NO REFUNDS will be given. No exceptions.

  • ALL GUEST ARTIST/INSTRUCTOR WORKSHOPS  are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS will be given. No exceptions.

  • All Private Parties/Private Events/Private Classes have a 72 hour cancellation policyDeposits are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of time period. You must contact the studio directly via phone or email 72 hours prior to your scheduled event in order to cancel. Failure to cancel within the 72 hour time period will be deemed a late cancel. Late cancels will result in the loss your party deposit AND any payments/fees. Parties can be rescheduled if done within 24 hours of original event date and can be booked for up to 30 days of your initial scheduled date. Failure to reschedule within 24 hours of your event or no shows will result is a loss of your full deposit amount and payment, NO REFUNDS will be given, NO EXCEPTIONS.
