Late Cancel/No Show Fee -$10 per occurrence for non waitlisted classes

Late Cancel/No Show Fee -$15 per occurrence for full or waitlisted classes

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

  • All Regularly Scheduled Classes have a 10 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel your class via the Mindbody scheduling system 10 hours prior to the start of your class. A phone call, voicemail or text does NOT constitute notice or cancellation. Failure to cancel via Mindbody within the 10 hour time period will result in a late cancel. Late cancels or no shows will result in a loss of the class payment/class credit. NO REFUNDS will be given. Monthly Membership students will be assessed a $10 fee for non waitlisted classes and a $15 fee for all full or waitlisted classes. No exceptions. 

  • All Private/Semi-Private Lessons have a 48 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel your lesson via the Mindbody scheduling system 48 hours prior to your scheduled private/semi-private lesson AND contact your private instructor or studio directly.  Failure to cancel within the 48 hour time period will result in a late cancel. Late cancels or no shows will result in a loss of private lesson credit/payment.  NO REFUNDS/CREDITS will be given. No exceptions. 

  • All Uplift Instructor Workshops have a 72 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel your workshop via the Mindbody scheduling system 72 hours prior to the workshop. A phone call, voicemail or text does NOT constitute notice or cancellation. Failure to cancel within the 72 hour time period will result in a late cancel.  Late cancels or no shows will result in the loss of your full workshop payment. NO REFUNDS will be given. No exceptions.

  • ALL GUEST ARTIST/INSTRUCTOR WORKSHOPS  are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS will be given. No exceptions.

  • All Private Parties/Private Events have a 72 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel contact the studio directly 72 hours prior to your scheduled event. Failure to cancel within the 72 hour time period will result in a late cancel. Late cancels will result in a the loss your party deposit or a $50 studio fee. Parties can be rescheduled if done within the cancellation window without penalty. Reschedules done outside the cancellation window will be allowed however you will be assessed a $25 late reschedule fee.  Failure to reschedule or no shows will result is a loss of your full deposit amount. NO REFUNDS will be given. No exceptions
