Class Descriptions and Information

Below are brief descriptions of the classes we offer. If you have any questions about what class to start with we recommend any Intro/Beginner class. If you have taken pole or aerial classes in the recent past and want to reignite your passion for movement pole, or aerial we suggest any Beginner or Beginner/Intermediate class. Anyone wishing to join an Intermediate/Advanced class must have prior Uplift instructor approval. Please contact us if you have any other questions about how and where to begin your journey.

We believe in keeping students inspired, motivated, sensually, and physically challenged, therefore you will find that many of our classes will rotate and change on our schedule from time to time. In addition, we offer monthly specialty classes and workshops designed to enhance your journey, promote growth, or just have fun.

All classes will end with an opportunity to dance in small and supportive groups. You have the option to do a routine you have learned in class or freestyle to music of your choosing. Dancing at the end of class is never a requirement, it’s always a choice. You may choose to dance or you may choose to support those that are dancing. All we ask of everyone is they support, encourage, and show love to those students who choose to share their dance with us.
