We believe in keeping students inspired and motivated to move their bodies. Our classes encourage students to connect, to explore, and to discover what moves them. Our classes not only focus on the beauty of pole dancing but also the power of being sensually connected to your mind, body, and soul.
new students AND ALL BEGINNERS
BEGINNER POLE and movement or pole flow and combos -all levels
Our beginner pole and all level classes teach you several pole spins, tricks, and dance elements. Each week we will cover a new beginner pole dance trick or spin, as well as sensual movement basics.
No dance or fitness experience needed and ALL bodies are welcome.
Attire: Leggings or shorts, a tank top or comfortable shirt, and bare feet or socks.
pole tricks and combos-mixed levels
This class will introduce you to more dynamic pole spins and take you on a deeper dive into sensual self-expression. You will begin to connect more intricate pole tricks and spins together to create fluid and creative sequences.
Heels welcome and encouraged at this level.
Prerequisites: A minimum of 6 beginner pole classes.
heels technique and flow
In this mixed level class you will learn the art of sexy and sensual heel work. You will also learn valuable tips and techniques that allow you to move confidently and seamlessly on and around the pole.
Prerequisites: 3 beginner pole classes
POLE AND MOVEMENT-ALL LEVELS
This class focuses on developing your pole, dance, and movement physical and emotional vocabulary. Each class will offer multi-level pole elements as well as dance, and sensual movement exploration and development. You will also be challenged find and infuse your own creative and sensual voice and make them uniquely yours. This class will focus on taking what you know, incorporating new elements, and blending them in ways that come natural to your own movement and style.
Prerequisites: Beginner Pole Series
SEXY AND SULTRY SWEAT-ALL LEVELS
This class is suitable for students of all levels.
This is not your typical cardio class because we aren’t your typical studio. This class is sexy version of our classic warm up kicked up a notch with a few sultry twists and turns. It will begin with slow sensual movement and soothing music, then we’ll turn up the sexy heat and the volume to get your heart rate rising. It’s time to get that body moving, grooving, and feeling sexy. Class will end by slowing it back down with a soothing cool down and stretch. You will have an opportunity at the end of each class to dance if you desire. This is an all over body workout designed to get you fit, strong, and flexy all while feeling sexy.
STRETCH and strengthen-ALL LEVELS
This class is for students of any level or ability who would like to increase their mobility and flexibility in a soothing and sexy environment. This class will incorporate active and passive stretching techniques designed to aid in your mobility and support your flexibility goals.
Yoga block needed.

Low Pole Flow and FLOORWORK
Low Pole Flow and Floorwork is an all ground pole flow and floorwork based class. This class will aid you in developing your floor work, sensual, and sexy movements as well as help you develop a deeper connection to music and your body. It will help you discover the importance of breathing and the mind/body connection to music. You will learn beginner-intermediate floor and ground level pole flow sequences you can use, mix and match, or just add to your current bag of tricks. This class will also introduce you to the use of other props such as the chair or the wall so that you can begin to expand your dance horizons. You will also begin to develop a greater understanding of music connections both physically and emotionally.
Prerequisites: Beginner Pole Fundamentals Series
Attire: Pole/yoga shorts or leggings, knee pads (optional), bare feet, socks or heels.
WORK IT and twerk it
Work it, wiggle it, and make it bounce! No booty is too big or too small for this class, so come shake what your mama gave you! In this class you'll learn the basics of twerking and booty bouncing. Your new found booty skills will be incorporated into cardio filled routines and sequences. This class is sure to make you sweat and get your booty moving and grooving!

Attire: Anything you can move freely in.
Just Dance
This is an all dance and movement based class. This class will begin with a sensual warm up and soothing stretch. Just Dance will then challenge you to explore your own style of dance and sensual movement. We highly encourage you to bring your own songs and dress in whatever makes you feel sexy, alluring, and strong. This class is all about exploring your own dance style, movement, and musicality. You will also be challenged with dance assignments, intentions, and have the opportunity to dance to various styles of music.
Recommended skills: We recommend 4 weeks of prior pole experience.
Attire: Anything you feel comfortable in. If you desire, we welcome all those sultry outfits you’ve stashed away or anything that makes you feel amazing. Whether it’s a baggy pair of sweats, a bikini, sexy lingerie, or those cute booty shorts, we encourage you to bring it all because you never know what dance mood you will be in!
OPEN STUDIO
This is an open level non-instructor led class for students wanting to have extra studio time for themselves. You will have your own pole and dance space for the duration of the class. This time is your own and can be used to dance, move, spin, or .
Prerequisites: Intro To Pole plus 6 consecutive weeks of pole or dance experience.
Open STUDIO/STUDENT POLE JAM-
members only
Open Studio/Student Pole Jam sessions are for anyone that would like to have additional non-instructor led studio time. This class allows extra studio time for members to practice what they have learned in class. It can also serve as extra time to dance or film what you have learned. No inverting is allowed without prior instructor approval. No new pole tricks, sequences, or transitions will be allowed without approval from an instructor. Students are not allowed to instruct other students. A crash mat will be used at all times when needed.
Recommended skills: A minimum of 6 weeks of prior pole experience or instructor approval.
